NY Fuel Assistance / Heating Oil Programs

The following organizations provide home heating oil fuel assistance programs in New York including low cot and free oil programs for low income, elderly, disabled and other qualified individuals and families.

• Citizen Action Fuel Group - (CAFG) is a non-profit fuel buying group sponsored by Citizen Action of New York.
  
  
• UHAB - Urban Homesteading Assistance Board, Oil Assistance Program provides qualified residents up to 100 gallons of heating oil.
  
  
• LIHEAP - Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
